Ток-шоу “Модный приговор” выходит на Первом канале с 2007-го года. Этот проект посвящен моде и стилю, где в качестве судей, адвокатов и присяжных заседателей выступают известные люди в мире моды, модельеры и стилисты, а также популярные медийные личности. Основным ведущим и судьей первоначально был российский художник и кутюрье Вячеслав Зайцев, но в последние сезоны программы это место занимает писатель, искусствовед и историк моды Александр Васильев. Вместе с ним в качестве главного обвинителя выступает светская львица, знающая о моде все, Эвелина Хромченко. Адвокатскую сторону, которая пытается защищать интересы обвиняемых, в разных сезонах занимали Надежда Бабкина, Арина Шарапова и Лариса Вербицкая.По сценарию программы близкие знакомые и родственники приходят с обвинительными исками в отношении своих родных. Зрители вместе с профессионалами начинают исследовать дело, изучая модный стиль обвиняемого. После изучения гардероба главного героя, ему дается шанс приобрести для себя подходящую одежду. После этого он представляет ее на подиуме, а стилисты телеканала предлагают свой вариант. В заключении общее голосование решит, чей стиль окажется лучше, кто сможет преобразовать внешний облик главного героя лучшим образом.
