ПРАГА, 23 февраля. /ТАСС/. Экс-президент Чехии Вацлав Клаус заразился коронавирусом. Об этом сообщил во вторник журналистам его помощник Петер Мацинка.
“Господин Клаус получил положительный результат теста на коронавирус, – отметил Мацинка. – Он [Клаус] в течение получаса обследовался на предмет диагноза COVID-19 в Центральном военном госпитале в Праге. Лечение ему будет проводиться амбулаторно”.
Клаус, которому 19 июня должно исполниться 80 лет, считает, что необходимо добиться возникновения коллективного иммунитета к коронавирусу, и отказывается использовать медицинские маски. За их отсутствие на общественных мероприятиях ему были выписаны два штрафа. Чешский экс-президент также категорически отвергает вакцинацию.
Клаус занимал пост президента с 2003 по 2013 год.
